RETURN GUIDELINES

We at LiMage Clothing understand that shopping for clothes is a different experience when using an online storefront. This is why we are glad to provide the following accommodations to ensure that your experience with our merchandise and our site is enjoyed to the fullest extent. We appreciate your comments and concerns and encourage you to give us feedback on your visit to our site by contacting us at customerservice@limageclothing.com.

  • Items may be returned within the first 14 days of receipt.
  • To request return authorization contact returns@limageclothing.com.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and returned in the original packaging to the address given by Customer Service.
  • There may be an additional fee for items returned without the original receipt and/or packaging.
  • Worn, stained, damaged and/or items that have an unpleasant odor cannot be returned. If such items are shipped to us, they will not be accepted and we will not be held responsible for the shipping, handling and storage of such items.
  • All accepted returns would be processed as store credit that can be used for a future purchase of equal or lesser value.
  • Returns are processed within these guidelines on a case-by-case basis that is not subjective to a customers purchase history or any other prejudice.
